The Free plan is completely free for teams with up to 10 users and 20 devices (manual management). You get compliance monitoring with no time limit. It's not a trial—you can use it as long as you need. When you're ready for agent-based automation, upgrade to Startup.

Manual management means you add device information to Recoger yourself and update it periodically. Agent-based management uses our lightweight desktop and mobile apps to automatically collect compliance data from devices in real-time. Agents are available on Startup and Scaleup plans.

Scaleup plans include 90 days of audit log retention by default. If you need longer retention for compliance or internal policies, you can purchase add-ons at €20/month per additional 90-day period. For example, to retain logs for 270 days (9 months), you'd add two retention add-ons for €40/month extra.

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, you'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. When you downgrade, changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.

Any endpoint you add to Recoger counts as a device—laptops, desktops, and mobile devices. Devices you mark as 'Deprecated' (sold, recycled, lost, etc.) don't count toward billing but their compliance history is preserved for audit purposes.

All data is stored in EU data centers (Frankfurt, Germany). We're fully GDPR compliant and offer data processing agreements for all plans.
